The funding of our annual Summer Associate. Students studying human services, interpreting, or a related field apply for the opportunity to gain industry experience while earning competitive wages.

Capacity Building

Only 3% of Black women-owned businesses survive past five years, yet Invest In Access is one of them. Your donation scales the team behind that leadership and invests in the ~80% women who make up the interpreting workforce that has championed language access long before it was mainstream.
